Torvo is Bushan — 20 years old, and part of the first generation that grew up building on the modern AI stack instead of adapting to it.
That's the whole trick: AI does the heavy lifting, one person does the caring, and local businesses get the kind of site big agencies charge 5–10x for. No account managers, no handoffs, no "your ticket has been escalated." The person you email is the person who designs, builds, and maintains your site.

How much does a website cost?
$600 one-time for a Starter Site (one modern page), $1,200 one-time for a Business Site (up to five pages with gallery, menu/price list, and forms). Hosting and upkeep is the Care Plan at $40/mo, required with hosting. The AI chatbot is $300 setup + $75/mo. The full bundle — site + chatbot + everything managed — is $900 down, $115/mo.
How fast will my site be live?
Most sites go live within days of you approving your mockup. If you need it guaranteed fast, rush delivery puts it live within 48 hours for +$200.
Do I actually own my domain?
Yes — always, and this one matters. Your domain is registered in your name (billed at cost, roughly $10/yr), so it belongs to you, not to Torvo. Torvo manages the technical DNS side so everything keeps working, but ownership never leaves your hands.
What happens when I need something changed?
The Care Plan includes up to 2 content edits a month — new hours, prices, photos, wording. Email the change; it gets made. Anything bigger than a content edit gets a plain quote before any work starts.
What will the AI chatbot say — and refuse to say?
It answers only from facts you approve: your hours, services, prices, and FAQs. When it doesn't know, it says so and collects the customer's name and number instead of guessing. It will never give medical, legal, or financial advice, it always identifies itself as an AI, and it hands anything sensitive to a human. Those guardrails aren't a limitation — they're the product. A bot that improvises about your business is a liability.
Can I cancel the monthly plans?
Cancellation is a plain email to the founder — no phone tree, no retention script.
What doesn't Torvo do?
E-commerce and inventory systems, custom web apps, and complex booking engines aren't in the standard packages — they're quoted separately as custom work, from $1,500. Copywriting is included with every site; so is business photography for your site. If Torvo isn't the right fit, you'll hear that in the first conversation, not after a deposit.
What does the free mockup cost? What's the catch?
Nothing, and there isn't one. You tell Bushan about your business, you get a real homepage design for it, and you decide with the actual thing in front of you. If it's a no — no hard feelings, no invoice. The mockup is how Torvo earns the job.
